📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conducting internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and compliance with regulations.
• Identifying risks and recommending improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Preparing and presenting audit reports to senior management.
• Assisting in the development and implementation of audit plans and procedures.
• Collaborating with various departments to gather information and evidence.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Providing training and guidance to staff on internal control and compliance matters.
• Monitoring and evaluating internal control systems to ensure their effectiveness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in internal auditing or a similar role.
• Certification in Internal Auditing (e.g., CPA, CIA, or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and relevant regulations.
• Proficiency in using audit software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
