📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and consumers.
• Conduct door-to-door and market-based sales to promote our products and services.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective canvassing techniques.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client inquiries and concerns.
• Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
• Manage inventory and ensure product availability for sales.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall sales performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in a similar role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a competitive environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or HubSpot is a plus.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
