📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the financial services team, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
• Work closely with corporate clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their specific requirements.
• Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the financial services team.
• Train and mentor team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination of services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in operations management and financial services.
• Report on operational performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the banking and financial services sector.
• Proven track record of driving operational excellence and improving processes.
• Strong understanding of financial services and banking operations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
