📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform regular preventive maintenance on all facility equipment and systems.
• Conduct troubleshooting and repairs on various mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• Monitor and maintain building systems such as HVAC, fire alarms, and security systems.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair services.
• Prepare and maintain detailed maintenance records and reports.
• Assist in the development and implementation of facility improvement projects.
• Provide technical support to other departments as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility maintenance and engineering.
• Familiarity with maintenance management software such as SAP PM, Maximo, or similar.
• Knowledge of building automation systems (BAS) and energy management systems (EMS).
• Certification in relevant safety standards, such as OSHA or equivalent.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
