You'll manage our recruitment process from end-to-end, leveraging tools like Jobstreet and LinkedIn Recruiter to attract top talent. Additionally, you'll design and implement employee engagement programs, fostering a positive work environment that boosts productivity and morale.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Leverage HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.
Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting work-life balance.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and general affairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and improving employee satisfaction.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
