📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on marine equipment, including engines, generators, and propulsion systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to ensure the safety and efficiency of marine equipment.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with marine equipment, and develop solutions to address them.
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with international standards and regulations, such as ISO and IMO.
• Provide technical support and guidance to clients and other team members.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Document all maintenance and repair activities, and maintain accurate records of equipment performance and usage.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in marine engineering, with a strong background in maintenance and repair.
• Proficiency in using industry-standard tools and software, such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and MaxSurf.
• Knowledge of international standards and regulations, such as ISO and IMO.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical guidance to clients and other team members.
• Valid marine engineering certification or equivalent experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and meet tight deadlines.
