📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Provide strategic guidance to the accounting team, helping them to achieve their performance targets.
• Manage and analyze financial data using tools like QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Prepare and review financial reports, ensuring their accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure the proper recording of all financial transactions and maintaining accurate financial records.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of accounting processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting standards and regulations, and ensure compliance.
• Provide training and support to the accounting team, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in accounting supervision, with a strong background in financial reporting and analysis.
• Certification in accounting (CPA, ACCA, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Proficient in using accounting software like QuickBooks, SAP, and Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
