📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.
Schedule and coordinate vehicle routes, ensuring efficient use of the fleet to meet delivery targets.
Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
Track and maintain vehicle maintenance records, ensuring all services are performed on time and according to manufacturer specifications.
Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for the fleet.
Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, providing insights to improve operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders.
Familiarity with logistics and operations management principles and practices.
