📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition for daily operations.
• Schedule and coordinate vehicle routes, ensuring efficient use of the fleet to meet delivery targets.
• Monitor fuel consumption and expenses, implementing cost-saving measures where possible.
• Track and maintain vehicle maintenance records, ensuring all services are performed on time and according to manufacturer specifications.
• Coordinate with drivers and mechanics to address any issues or concerns related to the fleet.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards for the fleet.
• Generate and analyze reports on fleet performance, providing insights to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with the logistics and operations teams to support overall business objectives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet management or a similar role.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as Geotab, FleetComplete, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills to effectively coordinate with drivers, mechanics, and other stakeholders.
• Familiarity with logistics and operations management principles and practices.
