📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Managing the company's financial records and ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Preparing and analyzing financial reports for the management team.
• Assisting in the preparation of the annual budget and financial forecasts.
• Processing and reconciling bank statements, invoices, and other financial transactions.
• Ensuring timely and accurate payment of vendor invoices and employee salaries.
• Assisting in the preparation of tax returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.
• Providing financial support to project managers and other departments as needed.
• Participating in financial audits and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the construction industry.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
