📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Engage with debtors to recover outstanding payments
• Manage and track collections using SeaBank's proprietary collection software
• Ensure compliance with SeaBank's collection policies and procedures
• Build and maintain strong relationships with debtors
• Provide regular updates on collection progress to the collections team
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve complex collection cases
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in debt collection or a related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with collection software and tools, such as Salesforce or similar platforms
• Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and collection laws
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
