📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, recruit, and onboard top talent.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies in Sidoarjo, Jawa Timur.
• Collaborate with senior management to align HR initiatives with business goals.
• Leverage HR analytics to make data-driven decisions and improve HR processes.
• Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and promoting work-life balance.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in HR and general affairs.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR and general affairs, with a focus on talent acquisition and employee engagement.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing HR strategies and improving employee satisfaction.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.
• Proficiency in using HR software and tools, such as SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, or similar.
• Certification in HR management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian.
