In this role, you'll design and implement age-appropriate activities using educational toys, puzzles, and interactive learning tools. You'll collaborate with parents and other educators to ensure each child's unique needs are met. Our school uses a mix of Montessori and play-based learning methods, so you'll need to be comfortable with both approaches. With a beautiful outdoor play area and a cozy indoor classroom, your creativity will have plenty of space to flourish.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and implement engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children aged 2-6 years.
• Use educational toys, puzzles, and interactive learning tools to support children's cognitive, social, and emotional development.
• Collaborate with parents and other educators to ensure each child's unique needs are met.
• Create and maintain a safe, clean, and organized learning environment.
• Assist in implementing Montessori and play-based learning methods.
• Monitor children's progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers.
• Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and respectful school culture.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience working with young children in a play school or preschool setting.
• Certification in Early Childhood Education (e.g., CPR/First Aid, Montessori, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of child development and learning theories.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their growth and development.
