📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted marketing efforts.
• Manage and maintain customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
• Conduct credit assessments and approvals for leasing applications.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our leasing products and services.
• Monitor and analyze credit performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of leasing agreements.
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and competitive advantage.
• Provide regular reports and presentations to senior management on credit performance and marketing activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance, Leasing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in credit management, leasing, or a similar role.
• Proven track record in marketing and business development.
• Strong understanding of credit risk management and financial analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of leasing and finance software such as SAP or Oracle is a plus.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
