📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Provide primary healthcare services to employees, including medical consultations, treatments, and referrals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Medicine or a related healthcare field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Company Doctor or in a similar role in the mining and manufacturing industries.
• Valid medical license and certification to practice medicine in Indonesia.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees, management, and other healthcare professionals.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and demanding environment, including during emergencies and crises.
• Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture, as well as the mining and manufacturing industries in Kalimantan Timur.
