🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role.
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken Bahasa Indonesia.
• Familiarity with CRM software, such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus.
• Certification in customer service or call center operations is a plus.
• Must be fluent in English for international clients.
