📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage employee contracts, ensuring compliance with Indonesian labor laws.
• Provide support to employees through various HR services, including onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
• Assist in the recruitment process, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using HRIS systems like SAP SuccessFactors.
• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR services.
• Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the organization of HR events and workshops.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR services or a related role.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
