Admin Service Desk Specialist

In this role, you’ll provide exceptional technical and administrative support to our team, using tools like ServiceNow and Jira to manage tickets efficiently. You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve IT issues, from hardware problems to software configurations, all while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and prioritize IT service requests and incidents using ServiceNow and Jira.
• Provide Level 1 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex IT problems.
• Document and maintain accurate records of all IT-related activities.
• Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures.
• Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.
• Monitor system performance and proactively identify potential issues.
• Train and mentor junior staff on IT support best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support or a similar administrative role.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or CompTIA A+ are a plus.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow, Jira, and other IT service management tools.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
