As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and stakeholders, providing timely and efficient support. This position requires a US citizen due to ITAR compliance requirements.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide first-line IT support to employees and stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.,Manage and resolve IT service requests and incidents, adhering to ITAR compliance standards.,Document and track all IT issues and resolutions, maintaining accurate records for audit purposes.,Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the resolution of complex issues and the implementation of new IT services.,Monitor and report on IT service levels and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with the latest IT trends, technologies, and compliance requirements to ensure our IT infrastructure remains secure and efficient.,Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with ITAR regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Service Desk or IT Support role, with a focus on ITAR-compliant environments.,Strong knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.,Proficiency in using IT service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, or similar platforms.,Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,US citizenship is required due to ITAR compliance requirements.,Familiarity with ITAR regulations and compliance requirements is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
