📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Leading a team of developers and providing technical guidance and mentorship.
  • Designing and implementing scalable and efficient web applications using modern technologies and frameworks.
  • Ensuring the technical excellence of our projects by setting high standards for code quality, performance, and security.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Participating in code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies, and incorporating them into our projects.
  • Managing project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
  • Representing the technical team in meetings with stakeholders and providing updates on project progress.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in full stack development.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and at least one backend language such as Node.js, Python, or Java.
  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Experience with backend frameworks such as Express, Django, or Spring.
  • Experience with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
  • Proven track record of leading successful projects and delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively and strategically.
