📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise cashier staff to ensure efficient and accurate transactions.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.,Maintain accurate sales and inventory records.,Train and develop cashier staff to improve performance.,Monitor cash handling and ensure proper reconciliation.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Ensure a clean and organized work area.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role.,Strong knowledge of cash handling and reconciliation.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems.,Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.,Familiarity with inventory management systems.,Ability to lift and move heavy objects.
