📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily laboratory operations, including sample collection, processing, and testing.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, such as ISO 15189 and Good Laboratory Practice (GLP).
• Lead and mentor a team of laboratory technicians, providing guidance and support.
• Perform quality control checks and maintain accurate records of test results.
• Coordinate with external clients and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Troubleshoot technical issues with laboratory equipment and ensure their proper functioning.
• Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize laboratory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Laboratory Science, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within a laboratory setting.
• Certification in laboratory management or a related field is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory equipment and software, such as LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System).
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
