In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining technical documentation for our software products. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Create and maintain technical documentation for software products.
  • Collaborate with software developers to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical documentation.
  • Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, correctness, and consistency.
  • Develop and implement technical writing best practices and standards.
  • Assist in the creation of user manuals, API documentation, and other technical content.
  • Participate in product development meetings and provide technical writing support.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in technical writing.
  • Provide feedback and suggestions for improving technical documentation processes.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in technical writing (minimum 1 year).
  • Strong understanding of software development concepts and processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software (e.g., MadCap Flare, Confluence, etc.).
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy and consistency.
  • Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for learning and improving.
