In this role, you’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing monthly financial reports, and assisting in the preparation of financial statements. You’ll also be involved in reconciling accounts, processing invoices, and ensuring compliance with local and international financial regulations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and other financial software.
• Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, providing insights to support decision-making.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
• Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analyses.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Support the finance team in the preparation of audit documentation and other financial reports as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international or multinational environment.
• Proficient in using QuickBooks, Excel, and other financial software.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
• Familiarity with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
