📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of our operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve performance and reduce costs.
• Manage logistics and supply chain operations, including inventory control and procurement.
• Schedule and supervise staff, ensuring optimal workforce utilization.
• Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
• Provide leadership and support to the operations team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in using operational management software and tools.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Familiarity with Indonesian business culture and practices.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages is a plus.
