📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.,Manage and train a team of sales associates and support staff.,Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to increase revenue.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain high satisfaction levels.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of products.,Assist in the development and execution of store events and promotions.,Maintain store cleanliness and organization to create a pleasant shopping environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and team management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and POS systems.,Familiarity with inventory management and supply chain processes.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of electronics and related products is a plus.
