📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the head chef in preparing and cooking meals according to the restaurant's standards and recipes.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and utensils.,Stock and manage inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies as needed.,Prepare and maintain food displays, including garnishes and presentation.,Assist in training and mentoring new team members.,Follow all health and safety regulations, including food handling and hygiene practices.,Work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, often under pressure.,Stay up-to-date with the latest culinary trends and techniques.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as an assistant chef or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with basic culinary techniques and equipment.,Willingness to learn and adapt to new recipes and techniques.
