🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field,Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Familiarity with HR software and tools,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations,Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
