Lead and manage a team of telemarketing agents, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and productivity.,Develop and implement effective telemarketing strategies to achieve sales targets and increase customer satisfaction.,Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance the skills and knowledge of the telemarketing team.,Maintain a high level of customer service, ensuring that all customer inquiries are handled professionally and efficiently.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of telemarketing efforts with overall business goals.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in telemarketing and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant laws and regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in telemarketing or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and increasing customer satisfaction.,Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.,Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant telemarketing tools.,Familiarity with sales and marketing principles, as well as customer service best practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
