📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage the financial operations of the pharmacy, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation and submission of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards, such as GAAP or IFRS.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.,Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings and revenue growth.,Prepare and present financial reports to the management team and board of directors.,Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective management of financial resources.,Supervise and mentor a team of accounting and finance staff.🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in the healthcare or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting, managerial accounting, and financial reporting.,Proficient in the use of accounting software, such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.,Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian tax laws and regulations is a plus.🛠️ Keahlian
