PT Duta Bukit is looking for a dynamic and experienced Area Manager to join our team in Pontianak, Kalimantan Barat. This is an urgent position, so we need someone who can start immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with excellent leadership skills and a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and develop a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they meet and exceed sales targets.,Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities and trends, and develop strategies to capitalize on them.,Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers, ensuring their needs are met and their satisfaction is maintained.,Develop and implement marketing campaigns and promotions to drive sales and increase brand awareness.,Monitor and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management and making recommendations for improvement.,Manage inventory and ensure that products are stocked and available to meet customer demand.,Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and finance, to ensure smooth operations and achieve business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a proven track record of success in managing teams and achieving sales targets.,Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.,Familiarity with sales and marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems and data analysis software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and customers.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
